Finaly vegan product as I was struggling to find something suitable and vegan and I`m using it in my pregnancy. I think it has a great quality. Just one thing to improve - folate and not in form of folic acid and it would be perfect.
I switched to this multi after reading all the ingredients in the store bought one.. I wish I had had this brand throughout pregnancy! I eat A LOT of fruit, veg nuts and seeds and so only take one tablet in the morning (they advise taking 2) Easy to swallow and I like you can see inside the tablet :) Will be making future purchases
