They are not easy to swallow. For anyone who truly needs mini size capsules these will not fit the bill. They are normal sized capsules in fact larger than the Vit E ones I have which are not touted as easy to swallow. So I can`t use them and will have to give them away. I`m sure the quality is good but the size is average and won`t be suitable for people who have problems swallowing pills or capsules
