Flax Seed oil (linseed oil) is one of nature`s richest sources of lignans and a vegan method for getting Omega-3 fatty acids. It is an ideal vegetarian alternative to fish oil supplements.

Our bodies are unable to produce the essential fatty acids (EFAs) contained in Flax Seed Oil. In order to gain these we must consume this natural substance through dietary or supplement consumption. Take 1 to 3 teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drissled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc or just taken from the spoon.
