I first started taking these after reading a very interesting article from the Migraine Society. Migraine was something I`d suffered from for a number of years and prescription meds weren`t working for me. So on the strength of the article and reviews by a number of women who had been taking these for a year or more I ordered some. For me they have worked, within three months my migraines were all but gone my energy levels increased and my overall sense of well-being was amazing. I`ve been taking these for almost a year now and would absolutely recommend this product. There is no fishy after taste and they don`t repeat - two easy to swallow capsules a day. Everyone you speak to who has used krill oil for any length of time reports that it noticeably boosts energy levels. It is also great for skin and hair. We all need omega oils and it is very difficult to get enough in the daily diet, especially in middle age.
