LAMBERTS Sea Buckthorn Oil capsules contain pure sea buckthorn oil from the berry pulp and the oil extracted from its seeds, grown organically in the Tianshan Mountains.

The berries from the sea buckthorn plant contain one of the richest sources of omega 7 fatty acids. Each of our sea buckthorn capsules contains 1000mg of pure oil, providing 270mg omega 7 (palmitoleic acid).

I`ve tried most of the different Sea Buckthorn supplements since being diagnosed with dry eye several years ago. This one is the best that I have used. It definitely makes a significant difference.
