Biona Organic Coconut Bliss Coconut Butter is made from high-quality coconut flesh, slowly dried to retain its tropical taste and gently blended into a creamy coconut butter.

Perfect as a spread on bread, stirred into smoothies or added to sauces and curries to give a rich coconut flavour. As Biona do not use emulsifiers, the coconut oil may separate - this does not affect the quality - simply place the jar in hot water then stir to restore the creamy consistency.
