Udos Choice Beyond Greens is a vitalising all-in-one blend of organic fermented greens designed to help you reach your daily recommended nutrient intake.
Rich in phytonutrients and food-sourced antioxidants, B12, Vitamin K, iron and iodine, Beyond Greens provides a quick and convenient way to add more greens to your diet.
The blend of certified organic greens includes fermented grasses, green vegetables and the superfood algae and seaweeds of spirulina, dulse and chlorella to support energy levels, skin health, the normal function of the immune system and overall health and wellbeing.
A variety of digestive herbs such as alfalfa herb, ginger root, cinnamon bark and liquorice root, as well as broccoli and kale, and fibre from flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, have been added for optimum digestion and phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
The fermented grasses act like ‘pre-digestion'. The 'good' bacteria help break down the fibrous cell walls of the greens and vegetables, leading to less chance of indigestion, gas or bloating and better bioavailability of nutrients.

bodykind LimitedSurprisingly yummy in overnight soaked oats, cinnamon, milled chia and flaxseed, raisins, seeds and milk or milk substitute/coconut water and yogurticaria! Just add 2 scoops and make enough for 2 days at a time. Leave in fridge overnight and add chopped banana and soya milk to taste in morning.

I have used Udo`s Choice Beyond Greens for almost two years. I find that my body seems to function so much better especially the digestion and elimination. I generally feel more energetic and since I work out 4 times a week at the gym, my endurance and stamina has improved dramatically. My recovery period is also a lot shorter and I can train for longer. I also sleep better and wake up very refreshed. Tastes great mixed with fruit juice. I particularly love it with pineapple juice but any juice works a treat! My general health, fitness level and wellbeing is super since I started taking this powder! I think its fantastic.

I take it because it`s filled with good things that I lack in my poor diet so I`m happy enough to keep taking it because my body needs these ingredients. I put a scoop in my post work out gym shake and it doesn`t influence the flavour at all. The packaging, brand, and ingredients are top notch which gives me more confidence to keep taking it. Delivery and packaging is always great never had a problem. I`m glad the packaging has changed as they take up less room in my fridge however I assumed the price would have dropped a little as I`d have thought that glass bottles are more expensive to produce and use than the new foil packs. bodykind LimitedI have used this product almost every day for the last twelve years. But no longer. This is because of the recent change to its ingredients, which just happens to coincide with new packaging. Several ingredients have disappeared - to be replaced with molasses. The new product is a shadow of its former self. Why make the changes? I wonder if it`s because this new version is cheaper to produce. It also now says on the new packaging "Now with added fermented grasses" - whatever they may be.
