Their seaweed is sustainably wild and harvested from the pristine waters around the remote islands of the Scottish Outer Hebrides. 

With white fish and dairy being the primary sources of iodine, seaweed is the only plant-based source, rich in iodine and other nutrients.

Research has shown that Doctor Seaweed's organic Scottish seaweed releases iodine more slowly, with longer retention in the body compared to artificial sources (potassium iodide).
