I love these sprays, I noticed a difference in how I felt within a couple of weeks.

Such a shame, I can only give it 2 stars. It is far too sweet. It does not need to be so sweet that you can`t taste the goodness.

excellent product and find energy levels have improved as I am on. medication that lowers immunity also have given one to my daughter as she is working from home

I have found after a month of using B12 spray, my energy levels have increased and I feel much better. The spray is far superior to tablets and has a pleasant taste, although a little bit too sweet.

Brilliant at getting the B 12 directly in to your body down side is the taste is a bit too sweet for me

Have been using this for about a year now and absolutely feel the benefits in increased energy levels. It is good to know that most of the vitamin is being absorbed by my body as opposed to taking tablet form. I have recommended this to my friends and my doctor!

BetterYou B12 Boost oral spray in conjunction with dietary & lifestyle changes, overall has made a difference to my wellbeing. In what proportion I`m not qualified to offer an opinion.

Tried product on arrival and enjoyed taste. Only felt need for use once since so not entirely sure yet to energy giving properties.

Very easy to use and taste pleasant as well. It still early days yet and I`m trying not to imagine positive results, but I do think this is increasing my energy levels.

This is the most easily absorbed form of B12, one I was advised to take because of fatigue associated with brain and spinal cord lesions and Myelin damage caused by ADEM. This has been a godsend! My energy levels through the day when I`ve had this in the morning are noticeably better. I can last well into the evenings. My son has recently tried this too as he`s about to do his GCSEs and like a lot of young people these days finds it hard to fall asleep and gets less sleep than he should do. He now has this B12 spray daily. His energy levels and concentration have improved considerably. He`s a convert!

I`ve been using the Better You B12 oral spray for about eighteen months now and feel alot better for doing so less tired for one thing they are so easy to use no gagging on pills the size of house bricks no horrible after taste just 4sprays into your mouth and done perfect I would definitely recommend this product 100%
