A Vogel Nature-C is rich in naturally occurring vitamin C and may help support immune system function. These chewable tablets are made from extracts of a wide variety of fruit.

Apart from benefiting the immune system, vitamin C also helps protect body cells from the oxidative (chemical) stresses we face daily, helping us feel less tired.

Sea buckthorn	10mg
Prickly gooseberry	1mg

Lemon	0.5mg

Also contains fructose, maize starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) to 1030mg.

Adults:

1 tablet twice daily.

Children:

(6-12) years: 1 tablet daily.

whenever I feel a cold coming on, I head for this vitamin C. It`s natural and I absorb it well. one of the best vitamin c products on the market I think - always helps me anyway. btw I managed to stave off the cold

Made from natural ingredients (very important since Vitamin C made from chemical ingredients is useless) and easy to take at night when it is difficult to swallow pills, it is great when one suspects an infection or cold threatens.
