I take in halves so not to waste any. Usually a half am then a half pm. Very good for helping to keep focus especially later in the day. Try not to take too late as may effect sleep. The best all round Vit C on the Market.

Best vitamin C I have taken so far. The timed release is better absorbed than most of the others I have taken. I take three at separate times during the day. No laxative effect and no orange pee.
