My preferred brand, it`s concentrated which means a high dosage achieved in a couple of drops, which I add to juices - value for money and lasts for a few months.

The drops are easy enough to shake out onto your tongue one drop at a time and taste pleasant enough but, personally, I prefer the convenience of a spray. This product is certainly worth buying though.
