Natures Aid High Strength Vitamin D3 1000iu - 90 x 25mcg Tablets

I was given this strength vit D3 by GP after having repeated chest infections and told to use it through the winter months only, after covid started I bought these for my husband to take we now use, them alternately so we only have 1 container in use, and they seem to be keeping our immunity up as we are both of pension age and haven`t even had a slight cold.

I have been taking these tablets during lockdown and I am beginning to notice a big improvement in my nails. I have always had nails that flake off in layers and bend, I am now having to file them which is wonderful.

Natures Aid High Strength Vitamin D3 1000iu - 90 x 25mcg Tablets

Small, easy to swallow. About quality with similar products you actually can`t judge it. With i.e. ginger powder you taste immediately how good product is, with vitamins that work over long period it is not possible. I only know vitamin D3 in doses of 100mcg per day through years (from various producers) has helped a lot, nearly entire life I got regularly up to 10 virosis per year, now last few years maybe just 1 mild per year. I had before starting to take vitamin D3 below normal level, after 2-3 years of mega doses I`m at upper level or slightly above. And healthy like never before. Just vitamin D? Can`t know 100%, but it is compatible with latest research on D3.
