Tisserand Organic Patchouli Essential Oil has a woody and musky aroma, turning earthy and smoky as it evaporates.

A perennial herb, it is native to tropical regions of Asia. In order to create essential oil, a steam distillation process is used. This extracts the oil from tiny pockets of liquid held on minuscule hairs, across the leaves of the plant.

It is ideal in massage blends (in a carrier oil) to help moisturise very dry or tired skin and helps with damaged or eczema-prone skin. Used in a diffuser, Patchoulis deep, earthy fragrance will help to bring peace of mind, grounding the user and bringing a sense of inner calm.

Patchouli is woody, musky and earthy and blends well with Bergamot, Geranium and Lavender.

Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil & swirl into water.

Vaporising: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
