Vital Proteins
Vital Proteins launched in 2013. Their founder, Kurt Seidensticker, had been experiencing knee discomfort from running and set out to find a product that would support his joint health. After much research, he found that incorporating ingestible collagen into his diet was the answer. He learned that nutrient-rich foods dont provide enough of the amino acids needed for the body to produce collagen.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and helps give structure to our hair, skin, nails, bones, ligaments and tendons. Collagen helps hair to shine, skin to glow and nails to stay strong. Unfortunately, as we age our body`s natural collagen production begins to decline.
