Our products often aren't the cheapest in the market, and we make no apology for that. We think paying a fair price for a premium quality product is the best way to create satisfaction and a more sustainable future for everyone.
Price Match Promise
We also promise to match the price of any product you find elsewhere for less!*
*Price match is only available against other registered UK businesses, where the same product and size is sold in pounds sterling. Price matching excludes marketplace websites, including Amazon and eBay. Your price match must be submitted and approved before your order is placed. The difference will be credited to your registered bodykind account as e-wallet credit. We reserve the right to refuse any Price Match.
Organic Retailer Certification
bodykind offer a wide variety of organic products and we are committed to preserving their integrity.
We are independently audited and certified by the Organic Food Federation (GB-ORG-04). We meet specific requirements to earn organic retailer certification every year.
ORGANIC FOOD FEDERATION
The Organic Food Federation was established in 1986 and is now one of the UK's leading certification bodies operating nationally in all areas of organics.
Our certified organic brands include Amisa, Biona, Clearspring, incognito, Living Nutrition, Mushrooms For Life and Raw Vibrant Living.
Beauty Products
At bodykind, we endeavour to supply you with the finest natural beauty products available. Regarding product ingredients, we put all products through a rigorous selection procedure. Including being tested by us in-house at bodykind to ensure the ingredients meet our exacting standards on quality, sourcing and ethics.
While we would like every product we source to be 100% natural, organic, Fairtrade and ethical in every sense, unfortunately, this is impossible. However, we ensure that ingredients are as natural as possible and considered safe for you and the environment.
Here is a list of the most common allergens, irritants and carcinogenic ingredients that do not appear in our products:

Cruelty-Free
Cruelty-free generally implies a product has not been tested on animals.
The best way to know if a product is cruelty-free is to look for certified cruelty-free bunny logos and there are currently two main cruelty-free certifications.
PETA
PETA's Beauty without Bunnies Programme has certified over 5,000 brands making it one of the most well-known third-party cruelty-free certifications. PETA is US-based, but its certification scheme covers brands across the world.
Leaping Bunny
Leaping Bunny Certification via Cruelty-Free International guarantees no animal testing. Certified companies undergo independent verification at all points of the supply chain, and all must meet the strict animal testing policy of Cruelty-Free International.
Our certified cruelty-free brands include Faith in Nature, Giovanni, John Masters Organics, Lafes, and Sukin.
All our brands are against animal testing, but not all carry cruelty-free certification. If you would like further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
WEEE Compliance
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by offering all customers buying new electrical equipment free take-back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis in our online store. Unwanted items should be returned to us within 28 days of purchasing your new product.
