The Power of Beetroot and Maca
Beetroot: Nature’s energy booster
Beetroot is rich in nitrates which help to increase oxygen flow around your body, for enhanced stamina and endurance. These nitrates also help the mitochondria, your body’s energy powerhouses, to be more efficient.
It is also extremely nutritious and particularly high in folate, manganese and copper, a mineral required for energy production.
Maca: A Peruvian superfood
Maca is a plant that originates in the Peruvian Andes mountains, where it’s traditionally been used as food and medication for thousands of years.
Most commonly found in dried format, Maca root can help boost mood and energy levels, and improve sexual function.
These delicious Beetroot Maca-roons aren’t just a tasty treat, they’re packed full of the nutrients your body needs during your period. They only take 20 minutes to prep too, so are perfect for those busy days when you’re on the go.
