All applications are reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to reject applications or request additional information where required.

Application to join the Practitioner Programme constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless stated. Certain brands or products may be excluded under supplier agreements.

Who is eligible for the Practitioner Programme?

Proof of qualification, professional registration or certification will be required before approval.

How much is the discount?

Approved practitioners receive 10% off all orders over £60. The minimum spend applies to the product subtotal only and excludes delivery charges.

How do I use my practitioner discount?

Once approved, you will receive a unique discount code by email. Log in to your registered bodykind account and enter your code on the payment page for eligible orders over £60.

Where do I enter my practitioner discount code?

To apply your practitioner discount, proceed to the payment page during checkout (step 4).

Before entering your payment details, scroll down to just below the order summary. You will see a link that says 'Got a discount code'.

Click on this link, enter your unique practitioner code and click apply. Your discount will be applied to eligible orders over £60.

Can I combine my practitioner discount with other offers?

The practitioner discount cannot usually be combined with other promotional codes or flash sales. Certain brands may also be excluded under supplier agreements.

On occasion, we may run promotional offers available to all customers that offer a better discount than your practitioner code. You may use these instead of your practitioner code where eligible; however, your practitioner discount cannot be combined with any other offer code.

Are any products excluded?

Our standard returns policy applies. If a refund reduces your order below the £60 minimum spend threshold, the discount may be adjusted accordingly.

How long does approval take?

We aim to review applications promptly. If we require additional information, we will contact you directly.

Can my practitioner access be withdrawn?

Yes. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Practitioner Programme at any time. Your access may be revoked if we identify misuse or if your professional eligibility changes.

Will I need to provide proof again in the future?

We may occasionally request updated confirmation of your professional status. This helps us maintain programme integrity and ensure we continue to meet supplier and compliance requirements.

Approval is granted at bodykind's sole discretion. Participation in the programme does not create a contractual trade relationship.
We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend or withdraw access at any time.

2. Discount details

Approved practitioners will receive 10% off eligible orders over £60.
The discount applies to the product subtotal only and excludes delivery charges.
The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to your previous orders.
Once approved, you will receive a unique discount code for your sole use with your registered account email address.
From time to time, we may run promotional offers available to all customers. You may use these promotions where eligible; however, the practitioner discount cannot be combined with any other offer.

3. Permitted use

Our Practitioner Programme is designed to support your professional practice.
You may use your practitioner discount:

For your own professional or personal use
For products used within your practice
When purchasing on behalf of clients, where you remain the purchaser

You must not:

Share your discount code with any third party
Advertise or publish discounted pricing publicly
Provide clients or customers with direct access to the discount

4. Resale and redistribution

You may recommend products to clients and supply products directly within your practice.
You must not:

Resell products online, via marketplaces or third-party platforms
Purchase in bulk for commercial redistribution
Operate as an unofficial reseller or trade outlet

We reserve the right to monitor order patterns to ensure fair and appropriate use.

5. Account and code security

Your practitioner code is unique to you and must remain confidential.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must maintain an active online account linked to your approved email address.
You must notify us promptly if your registered email address or professional status changes.
Your unique code must not be shared, distributed, published online, or used for promotional purposes.
If we identify misuse or unauthorised activity, we may immediately suspend or deactivate your code.

6. Exclusions

The practitioner discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
Certain brands, products or quantities may be excluded due to supplier restrictions.
You must notify us promptly if your registered email address or professional status changes.
Exclusions may change at any time.
The discount does not apply to gift cards or delivery charges.

7. Minimum spend

A minimum spend of £60 (before delivery and after any other eligible discounts) is required per order.
If returns reduce your order below the £60 threshold, the discount may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Fair use

The Practitioner Programme is intended to support reasonable professional use and personal purchasing related to practice.
We reserve the right to monitor order patterns to ensure compliance with these terms.
Excessive-volume purchasing, inconsistent with professional use, may result in suspension or code deactivation.

9. Returns & refunds

Our standard returns and refund policies apply.
Where items are returned and refunded, the applied discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Changes & termination

We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Practitioner Programme at any time without notice.
Continued use of your unique discount code constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.

11. Misuse

Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

Sharing your code publicly or privately
Publishing your code on voucher, cashback or affiliate websites
Reselling discounted products
Using the discount for non-professional commercial gain
Purchasing in unusually high volumes, inconsistent with professional use
Using the discount in conjunction with other promotional codes

If misuse is identified, access may be permanently revoked.

12. Ongoing professional status

We may request updated proof of professional qualification or registration at any time to confirm your continued eligibility for the Practitioner Programme.
If documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, your access may be suspended or withdrawn until your eligibility is confirmed.
You must notify us if your professional status changes.
