Nature's Own Magnesium Citrate
Nature's Own Magnesium Citrate is the best of the non-food forms of magnesium. It is readily absorbed into the bloodstream via the citric acid cycle. Each capsule provides 500mg of Magnesium Citrate and 80mg of Essential Magnesium.
Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is involved in the regulation of muscle contractions and blood pressure, energy production, blood sugar balance, weight management and mood. Magnesium can also act as a laxative by increasing the amount of water in the intestines.
