Ingredients
- 50g coconut oil (melted)
- 80g agave syrup
- 80g rolled oats
- 2 x tbsp of Naturya Organic Immunity Functional Blend
- 1 x tbsp of Naturya Organic Superberrries Breakfast Boost
- 1/2 x tsp of salt
- Plant-based milk or yoghurt to serve
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180oC and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the melted coconut oil, agave syrup, salt and Immunity Blend until you achieve a thick consistency.
- Introduce the rolled oats and Superberries Breakfast Boost to the mix. Ensure all ingredients are well-coated.
- Spread the coated oats thinly and evenly onto the baking paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and then continue baking until darkened.
- Once baked, set aside to cool. If you prefer chunky granola pieces, press the mixture down before it cools to help it stick together.
- Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Serve it with your favourite plant-based milk or yoghurt for an immunity-enhancing breakfast treat.
