Standard Delivery - 2-5 Working Days* 

Orders over £30 are delivered FREE! Orders below £30 incur a delivery cost of £3.95.

Standard deliveries are sent via Yodel, Evri or Amazon Shipping, and arrive within 2-5 working days.

Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days*

Express Delivery incurs a delivery cost of £4.95.

Express deliveries are sent via Yodel, Evri or Amazon Shipping, and arrive within 1-2 working days.

Next Day Delivery* 

Next Day delivery incurs a delivery cost of £7.95.

Next Day deliveries are sent via Yodel, Evri or Amazon Shipping. 

Orders must be placed before 4 pm Monday to Thursday to arrive next day**. A signature will be required upon arrival.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within one working day if ordered before 4 pm Monday to Friday*.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email including delivery method, carrier and tracking number. Orders placed after 4 pm on Fridays or anytime on Weekends/Bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

High Value or Weight

Delivery of high-value orders will require a signature on arrival, regardless of the delivery option.

*Does not include weekends or bank holidays. Deliveries to remote or off-mainland postcodes may result in extended delivery times.

** Next Day Deliveries are only available to UK mainland addresses and also exclude some remote Highland postcodes.

Ireland Delivery - 3-5 Working Days*

Deliveries to The Republic of Ireland start at €13,69

All deliveries are sent via Evri and should arrive within 3-5 working days*.

VAT, Duty and the EU Small Parcels Levy

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means VAT, customs duties and the new EU Small Parcels Levy, where applicable are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges when your order is delivered.

Please note that all deliveries are subject to customs clearance, which may occasionally cause delays to the estimated delivery times.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4 pm (Monday to Friday)* will be dispatched within one working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery method, carrier and tracking number. Orders placed after 4 pm on Fridays or at anytime during weekends or UK bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

European Delivery - 3-10 Working Days* 

Deliveries to Europe start at €6,19

All deliveries are sent via Airmail and should arrive within 3-10 working days*.

Rest of the World - 5-14 Working Days*

Deliveries to the Rest of the World start at £9.95

All deliveries are sent via Airmail and should arrive within 5-14 working days*.

VAT and Duty

All local VAT and Duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested from you upon delivery. Please note, all deliveries are subject to Customs Clearance, and this may cause delays to the delivery schedule.

At bodykind, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make.

If you are not 100% satisfied, return the product to us within 30 days of receipt, for any reason, for an exchange or refund. Where possible the goods should be returned to us with their original packaging. We regret we cannot refund any initial postage costs (or replace postage costs for those outside the UK).

For UK customers only: We now offer free returns for all UK customers; just use the pre-paid label attached to your delivery note and pop it in the post.

We've moved away from using plastics in our packaging materials and embraced more sustainable choices, including:

• Replacing polystyrene packing chips with a natural biodegradable starch alternative that can be dissolved in water or added to your compost heap.
• Recycling all cardboard boxes we receive by shredding them to create infill as protection for glass and delicate products in our packaging. Thus reducing our need for new cardboard.
• Removing plastic-based tape for securing boxes and introducing a sustainable and recyclable paper alternative.
