Suggested Usage:
Before your first use, rinse thoroughly
In the shower or bath, lather up with your favourite soap or shower gel. Gently exfoliate your back and body in circular motions.
After each use, rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water, and always dry out by hanging from the cotton string loop
Periodically add to laundry wash or soak in hot water with baking soda for a refresh. Dry thoroughly
