Suggested use: 

• Dilute with a carrier oil (such as coconut or olive oil) and apply directly onto the skin
• Conduct a patch test before applying to large areas of the skin
• Dilute with a carrier oil and massage into scalp
• Leave for a period of time before washing it out with shampoo
• Can be used for oil pulling 
• Add a few drops to warm water, swish in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting out
• Be cautious not to swallow the oil
