Contains:

• YES VM Organic pH Matched Vaginal Moisturiser - 6 x 5ml Applicator (single-use)

Suggested use:

• Simply squeeze the soft gel on to your hand and use your finger tips to apply the desired amount to the vaginal tissues
• Apply 5ml every two to three days
• Provides intimate moisture for up to three days in typical cases of vaginal atrophy
• Cases of severe dryness will benefit from more frequent use (one application every one to two days) initially until improvement is gained
• If using to alleviate painful sex, apply as required before intercourse and to ensure comfort afterwards
• Can also be used to moisturise the labia 

Contraindications:

• If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice
