Suggested Usage:

• Fill a dosage cup with 15ml of PerioBrite Pulling Oil, put in your mouth and gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth and around your mouth for two to three minutes
• For better results, you can increase the time up to 15 minutes based on your comfort level
• Spit oil out preferably in a bin, as oil may solidify in the drainage pipes
• Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water
• Always brush your teeth with PerioBrite toothpaste after using the oil
• Use it daily to enjoy the traditional benefits of pulling oil
