Suggested Usage:

• For use with an aroma diffuser: fill the water tank with cold water to the maximum line, add three to five drops of your chosen blend and press the button to start
• For use with an atomiser: remove the oil cap, screw the bottle into the diffusion head, insert it into the atomiser body and press the button
• Can also be used with an oil burner
• Each blend can be used individually or in combination with other oils

• Essential oils are highly concentrated. Always use with care
• Sleep and Tranquil both contain sage essential oil, which is not recommended during pregnancy. Avoid use if pregnant
• For aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Do not apply directly to your skin undiluted
• Avoid contact with your eyes. If contact occurs, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove your contact lenses if present, and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice
• If swallowed, call a poison centre or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting. May be fatal if swallowed and enters your airways
• If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical advice
• Keep out of reach of children and animals
• Store locked up in a cool place away from direct sunlight
• Bergamot and sweet orange are flammable liquids and vapours. Keep away from heat and open flame
• All four oils are toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Do not dispose of it down the drain. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations
