Suggested Usage:

• Weleda Skin Food Lip Balm: Squeeze a little onto your finger or directly onto your lips and smooth on gently
• Weleda Skin Food Cleansing Balm: Warm a small amount of balm between clean, dry palms and apply to face, neck and décolleté. Add water and cleanse using circular massage movements. Rinse thoroughly
• For a nourishing mask: apply a thin layer, leave on for 10 minutes, then add water and rinse off. 
• Weleda Skin Food Night Cream: Smooth onto face, neck and décolleté every night after cleansing and treatments
