Suggested Usage:

After each wear, rinse your period pants with cold water and then machine wash with the rest of your clothes at less than 40°

The Mooncup Beginner is made from softer silicone and is more flexible, with seven ways of insertion vs two ways of insertion for the Mooncup Original.

Finally, the Beginner has a pebble pull at the base, so there is no need to trim the stem as you would with the Original.
