Suggested use: 

• Apply generously on your skin before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection*, especially after swimming and sweating
• Do not expose children to the sun intentionally and avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours of the day (11 am-3 pm)
• Excessive sunbathing poses a serious risk to your health
• *Repeated application maintains but does not increase UV protection
