Rude Health Spelt Flakes - 300g

Light, toasty, wholegrain spelt. A delicacy in a dish. Just add your favourite milk. For a sweeter serving, add figs and honey, banana and maple syrup, or a handful of fresh berries.

First, the crackly crunch. Then, the taste: toasty and nutty. Each flake is one grain of natural spelt, simply steamed, rolled and lightly toasted. This rare approach yields a rare flavour and texture. And let's not forget the healthful inner riches of fibre and protein, immunity-enhancing and digestion-friendly. No added anythings, so you can add your own somethings.

About Rude Health

At Rude Health, the only ingredients used are the kind of ingredients youd have in your own kitchen; nothing artificial, nothing refined. They source their ingredients from fields, orchards and vines - not laboratories. They think food should be made out of food - not thickeners, preservatives, colourings, flavourings and other additives. The proof is in the taste, try it for yourself. When you've got food this good inside you, you'll be up for anything.
