Rich in soluble fibre, and with 5g of protein, they offer a nutritious, filling option that's perfect for sweet and savoury dishes. Use them for warm oatmeal on a cosy morning or a savoury oat risotto for dinner.

Known as Irish or pinhead oats, they're naturally high in fibre and protein, and low in saturated fat, making them a wholesome, delicious way to fuel your day.

Please note that as Bob’s Red Mill products are imported from Oregon, USA, they are relabelled in the UK to ensure they are UK compliant. The UK requires nutritional values on the label to show values per 100g in addition to values per serving. The products must also display a UK address, so the label includes the address of the UK distributor, Dundeis. The ingredients are not affected by this.

Bob's Red Mill is committed to offering high-quality natural foods, including a full range of gluten-free grains. They operate a dedicated facility exclusively for gluten-free processing to ensure no cross-contamination. Their machinery and processes are strictly gluten-free.

Their gluten-free products undergo rigorous testing in their quality control lab using the R-Biopharm ELISA test to measure gluten levels. They adhere to the Codex Alimentarius and FDA rules, not marketing products as gluten-free if they contain 20 parts per million of gluten or more. Non-compliant items are removed.

Starting in 2019, some Bob's Red Mill products also received certification from the Gluten-Free Certification Organisation. Look for the GFCO logo on these packages. Other gluten-free products are tested and verified according to their strict protocols and marked with a red GF logo and a gluten-free testing statement on their packaging.
