Biona Organic Coconut Cream - 400ml
Biona Organic Coconut Cream is what I prefer when making ice cream. I whisk it together with some stevia, two dessert spoons of ground pistachio nuts, a piece of avocado to give it a slight tint of green, up to a quarter of a small avocado liquidised in a blender should do, and a drop of vanilla extract. Whisk all together then freeze.
