Suggested Usage:

• Before opening, give the pouch a good shake to ensure all the botanicals and vitamins are evenly mixed
• Start with freshly boiled water for the perfect cup. Avoid using re-boiled water as it may affect the flavour of the tea
• Place four grams or two heaped teaspoons into an infuser. Steep the tea for five minutes
• Drink up to twice a day, one cup in the morning and another in the evening
