Suggested Usage:

• Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag. Allow to infuse for seven to nine minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour
• Sweeten to taste and enjoy as it is, or add milk or a plant-based alternative
• For golden milk: place the tea bag in your milk of choice and bring it gently to a boil. Allow to steep for at least five minutes before removing the bag. Sweeten to taste and serve warm
