Biona Organic Spelt Noodles - 250g
I have tried a number of `alternative` noodles over the past few years and all have been quite yuk in texture and taste but these are just right, enough texture without being slimy or sticky and a mild taste. I would have to say they are probably the best noodles out there if you`re looking for an alternative to the usual wheat.

Biona Organic Spelt Noodles - 250g
Very nice noodles. A great product to try to see if spelt is more suitable for those with wheat intolerance. They cook quickly and are an all-round alternative to white wheat noodles as spelt is an ancient wheat variety that`s said to be easier to digest. They`re very versatile too - great for with stir-fry dishes, or in Japanese or Vietnamese style soups (e.g. miso soup) or stews, or to use for a healthier homemade version of the noodles in a pot/out of a packet! Only wish there would frequently be offers on them.
