The powerful combination of comfrey, chamomile and arnica is known for its healing properties. Comfrey helps new skin cells to grow and reduces inflammation to keep your skin healthy. Chamomile commonly treats many injuries, including muscle spasms, wounds and inflammation. Meanwhile, arnica treats bruises, sprains, muscle aches, joint pain and swelling from broken bones. Studies suggest it may also help treat burns.
