SC Nutra QuicklyTest is a fast and easy-to-use indicator of five main elements (Leukocytes, Nitrites, Protein, pH and Blood) and helps you identify more precisely what is going on with your urine.

You can manage the pH of your urine, check for nitrites and monitor your progress.

The greater the number of positive results, the stronger the indication of UTI. The advantage of this product is that all five indicators of UTI are present, minimising any confusion caused by the presence of false positives or false negatives.

Positive results should generally be followed up by lab cultures and concerns discussed with a doctor.

• Remove one strip from the bottle at a time and replace the cap tightly.
• Immerse the test strip into the urine for two seconds, then remove the excess urine on the edge of the container.
• Blot the urine strip on absorbent paper.
• Compare the colours on the reagent areas with the corresponding colour chart and time on the label.

  Proper read-time is critical for optimal results.

Handling:

• Use a clean container to collect urine. False-positive readings for blood can result from strongly oxidizing disinfectants in the specimen container.
• Do not add preservatives to the urine to be tested.

Please note:

• Large amounts of ascorbic acid in the urine can produce artificially low to false-negative results for blood and nitrites.

Operation:

• Incorrect results may be obtained if you shake the strip in the specimen container.

Storage and stability:

• Store at room temperature between 2 degrees to 30 degrees, avoiding humidity, direct sunlight or heat.
• Store only in the original bottle.
• Do not remove strip from bottle until immediately before it is to be used for testing.
• Unused strips left in the container should be used within three months.
