Suggested Usage:

• Rinse thoroughly before first use
• Both the flask and cups are dishwasher-safe, but the lid and carry strap should be washed by hand
• Store with the lid off and allow to dry fully after washing
• To remove any lingering taste or smell, add a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda with hot water, leave overnight with the lid off, then clean thoroughly

• Not intended for carbonated drinks, as pressure build-up may cause the lid to release forcefully
• This flask is not microwave-safe and should never be used in a microwave
