About Bio-Kult

Bio-Kult is a scientifically developed range of multi-strain probiotics designed to deliver high concentrations of beneficial bacteria to the colonisation sites in the gut.

To produce beneficial effects within the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, live microorganisms must have the capacity to survive and metabolise the gut. At Bio-Kult, each strain is cryoprotected and freeze-dried individually, which aids in its survival through the low acidity of the stomach and eliminates the need for their products to be refrigerated.

Immediate relief from bloating

Every now and then I get bloated from having hit the perimneopause. My hormones fluctuate, I feel low, and I experience horrible symptoms, bloat being one of them. After just one day these have helped to clear the bloating completely. They do make me go to the toilet straight away but I see this is a sign of them working fast to clear any bad gut bacteria, and replacing it with good. I'm very happy with my purchase. I got mine from Boots.I would highly recommend them to women struggling through menopause and perimenopause.
