Suggested use:

• Two capsules daily as a food supplement
• This can be taken at any time of day with or without food or as advised by your practitioner

For travel: Start taking acidophilus plus for at least seven days prior to the start of your journey. During travel take the recommended daily dose, and continue to do so for at least seven days following the end of your travels.
