Fushis Vegan-Biotic complex contains a blend of friendly bacteria and delivers 10 billion cfu per 3-tablet dose.

The bacteria in Fushi's own custom Total Biotic blend contains key beneficial strains such as are usually found in favourite fermented foods such as Kefir:

• Lactobacillus acidophilus,
• Bifidobacterium bifidum,
• Streptococcus thermophilus,
• Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus,
• Lactobacillus helveticus,
• Fushis complex also includes fructooligosaccharide or FOS, a soluble fibre that promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in the bowel.
