Living Nutrition Organic Your Flora Gold Spice - 60 Capsules
I took this product at 2 capsules per day for 2 months but did not notice any improvement in my digestion. Seems like a good product just not sure whether the beneficial probiotics from the kefir actually reach the gut to have any effect.
