2nd time purchase, using this product after 6mths of trying to repair leaky gut and maintaining a better microboime , good results thus far.
I have been using the Probiotics for the last 18 months or so after experiencing severe bowel re-action to two separate knee replacements and feel sure that they helped immensely - I doubled the dosage immediately before and for about 6 weeks after the second operation and it certainly helped. Am still taking one a day and shall continue to do. I also find that this is the best price available. Thank you. These tablets were initially recommended by a friend who was a qualified Doctor who specialised in this field.
I have used lots of the Optibac range over the years, including this one. I cannot fault them. I do believe that they are the best ones on the market. You get what you pay for! These are a great all-round, every day probiotic. They help mine and my children`s immunity, without a doubt.
I have taken this product for some years and noticed an improvement within about a month which has been maintained. However I cannot guarantee it will work for everyone as bowel conditions are so complex. Surely worth a try though. Having previously purchased this product from Bodykind I was offered the opportunity to receive a further product free of charge in return for writing an honest and unbiased review, which I have done.

I have been taking these for three weeks and at first I thought they were OK and ordered a second batch, but I suddenly had a very bad reaction. Stopped taking them and felt a lot better. I have now returned them as being unsuitable. In spite of the general belief that probiotics are "good for you" they don`t suit everybody.
