Optibac One Week Flat - 7 Sachets

Took one sachet a for a week, then moved on to Everyday capsules. Seems to have settled the excess wind and very unsettled stomach that has been a problem since my gallbladder removal. Would recommend giving it a try.

Started to see an improvement after the second dose. I wouldn`t hesitate to buy this again- if you have trouble with gut acidity levels this could be a better choice as there are no capsules or coatings to dissolve in the stomach. You get 100%.

Works well for me taking 1 satchet every 3 to 4 days, or better yet 2 satchets in one go once a week. I must say that taking Triphala is showing more longer-lasting effects.

I really hoped this would work for me but I`m afraid there was no change at all.

Works wonders! Deflates a bloated bely in just a few days. I take last thing at night in a glass of water before bed so it can work it`s magic. Also excellent for healing bladder infections.

It worked fairly well, I wasn`t expecting a completely flat tummy, but it didn`t work amazingly well for me - in that I wanted it to help control my bloating. I`ve tried most of the Optibac range and this one seemed to work better. Probiotics seem like a minefield to find the right one!

This has been very successful in treating a long term problem of trapped wind. Having been triggered in the past by any wheat products, I now find that I can widen my range of possible foods. The first positive effects were apparent after 24 hours and the improvement was still there at the end of the month. For me this has been a real life changer.

It does work after 4th day I noticed the results. No bloating. I then stopped after 7 days and took optibac extra strength but became very bloated and constipated. Back on the optibac 7 day again.

i took the first sachet yesterday, i slept really well last night woke up feeling awake and refreshed not sure its connected but i normally awake feeling like i need more sleep. anyways my tummy is nice and flat today and i feel just great this came free for me with the daily wellbeing but even if they didnt i would advise anyone to give them a go super quick result. :-)
