Did the trick! Weve been to India before and got Delhi Belly, but not this time. As directed, we started taking them a few days before our trip, during our 3-week stay and finished the course once we were home. No side effects and easily stored without refrigeration. A 60-capsule bottle is perfect for two people who are travelling less than a month.

My family and I have been using this for a number of years. We take it with lamberts C VIT really good. Would recommend if your immune system is low.

Took for 3 days before trip to Thailand and every day whilst away. Came down with a serious stomach bug on Christmas day that required antibiotics. Really can`t tell if these helped in the slightest bit or not

Great product, we take them for every trip where there`s a possibility of suspect food, hygiene & a hot climate eg touring in India, Thailand, Mexico, Jamaica etc. Seem to do the trick, manage to enjoy our travels relatively unscathed & I credit this product with that.....plus careful personal hygiene of course. I have our doseage purchased for the Dominican Republic in a few months & hope they work just as well there as they have previously. Thoroughly recommend this product to travellers & combine it with anti viral/ anti bacterial handwash. Happy travels!

I used these when I went on a trip to India. They are excellent and kept my tummy well. I often get an upset stomach at least once due to change of food. But the last couple of trips taking Optibac I have not had any problems. I do think they are effective and would recommend them

We took these capsules as directed for three days before departure to India and then one a day with breakfast. They didn`t stop us getting "Delhi Belly". Our episodes were mild and cleared up quickly with the anti diarrhoea medicine we took. Kept taking the capsules when home for two more days. Don`t really know if the probiotic capsules helped or not.

I`ve used this brand several times and find it works like a charm. It seems to be the most effective brand and I notice the impact from the first dose. I`ve a gluten and dairy intolerance and also use it to recover when I have a lapse or flare.
