Symprove Strawberry & Raspberry Daily Live & Active Bacteria - 500ml - Best Before Date is 19th November 2026

Symprove is a unique water-based supplement packed with billions of live, active bacteria. Its water-based formula ensures the bacteria reach your gut alive, active, and ready to support your digestive health.

Symprove comes in three flavours. Original, their first and most iconic blend, has a slightly sour taste. The other two flavours, Strawberry & Raspberry and Mango & Passionfruit offer a sweeter, more balanced experience, with a tangy kick.

Symprove works best when you take it consistently each day. Make it part of your routine and take it the same way every time.

Most people notice a difference within 12 weeks or less, with 94% of customers having reported feeling a change in that time. However, the exact results and timing depend on your unique gut microbiome. Everyone’s different!

Symprove is most effective when combined with a healthy lifestyle. As you start taking it, consider your diet, sleep, movement, time outdoors, and stress management. These all play a role in gut health and can help you get the best results.

Your body is unique, so your experience with Symprove will be too. However, research shows that most people go through key stages.

In the first few weeks, some notice a big difference, while others experience slight changes in their bowel habits, which is completely normal.

As the weeks pass, gut balance typically improves. Fewer people report minor discomfort, and more say they feel noticeable benefits.

The exciting news? 94% of people feel a difference within 12 weeks or less.

Just take Symprove the same way each day and let its powerful water-based formula do the work!

Symprove works best if you are consistent and take it the same way every day, but missing a single dose won't make too much difference. You can take it later (just wait two hours after food and drink) or get back to your routine again the next day.

Symprove is made through a precise and carefully controlled process to ensure its quality and effectiveness.

It starts with a gluten-free, barley-based wort concentrate, which is produced in a sterile environment. This concentrate is then purified and maintained at a consistent temperature in sterilised vats. Next, four carefully selected species of bacteria are added under strict conditions to support their growth.

Once the bacteria reach the optimal levels, the formula undergoes independent testing to confirm its quality and viability. After passing these checks, it's bottled and sent directly to you, ready to be enjoyed.

Symprove is backed by over 20 years of research. During this time they've collaborated with some of the UK's top scientists and taken part in lots of large independent studies.

They've also seen some amazing breakthroughs. One study by University College London saw Symprove outperform seven other leading products in its ability to arrive alive, survive and colonise the gut. In fact, it was the only product that passed all three tests!

Symprove contains four types of live, “activated” lactic acid bacteria that support gut health. These include Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum. Each of these strains is carefully selected and safely used in food to help maintain a balanced microbiome.
