Suggested use:

Serving size: Consume 1-3 capsule(s) per day.

Suggested use: Should be taken with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. 

To reduce the risk of choking break open the capsule and mix it with food if the child has difficulty swallowing.

Udos Choice Children's Microbiotics may be frozen. Refrigeration ensures maximum potency and stability; however, they can be left unrefrigerated for short periods of time, making them convenient for travel.

All Udos Choice probiotics are over-filled to allow for a period of time, up to 72 hours, in transit out of refrigeration. You can freeze them at home to prolong the activity of the product for up to 2 years. The re-frozen and thawing process should not affect the potency of the product negatively.
