Patrick Holford Chill Food - 60 Capsules
My partner has used Chill Food for several years now - excellent for depression and also for sleep. I personally can`t use it regularly - possibly the L-Glutamine affecting my migraine brain. I also tried 5HTP on it`s own and felt more stressed (this could be due to my genes - see the book Dirty Genes by Dr. Ben Lynch to see whether it would suit/help you.) The price here on bodykind is extremely reasonable - I`ve recommended it to others.
