Bilberry extract is a rich flavonoid and antioxidant known as anthocyanoside, which improves blood flow and delivery of oxygen to your eye and helps stabilise healthy collagen levels in your eyes. bought this in battle to beat repeat uti`s , they didn`t really help with that but my eyes did get less tired when working on a screen for a while.

I take this supplement to cope with stress and also to support the eyes. Still, it is early to say what the effect it. I feel good.
