Use throughout the year to support your family’s immune system.

Recommended daily dose:

Adults & children 12+: Take two teaspoons (10ml) daily.

Children under 12: Take one teaspoon (5ml) daily.

Increased dose for extra support:

Adults & children 12+: Take two teaspoons (10ml) up to four times daily.

Children under 12: Take one teaspoon (5ml) up to four times daily.

Not suitable for children under three years.
